在正常缸蓋形狀的基礎上,采用大直徑氣門進氣:26mm/排氣:22.5mm。
(12v猴原廠氣門直徑為進氣19mm,排氣16mm)
這是原廠sp竹川缸蓋,"最佳氣門夾角 "和 "燃燒室形狀 "口形配合大直徑氣門。
雖然原廠車頭的進、排氣口直徑均為14mm,但17r級的進氣口直徑已增至24.5mm,排氣口直徑增至19mm。同時,它還采用了三維端口形狀來容納閥門。結合更大直徑的端口,可以使更多的進氣和排氣順暢地流動。

2b曲軸與原廠一樣,軸承軸頸部分在曲軸箱內。這在兩個地方得到了支持。

This is SP Takegawa's original cylinder head which adopts the most suitable valve pinching angle, combustion chamber shape and port shape for large diameter valves.
The port diameter of the stock head is 14mm for both intake and exhaust, while the port diameter of the 17R stage is 14mm for intake and exhaust: 24.5mm / exhaust: Larger diameter of 19mm.In addition, the adoption of a 3-dimensional port shape, combined with the larger diameter of the valve and port, makes it possible for more intake and exhaust gases to flow smoothly.

Φ52V cylinder (aluminum sleeve cylinder), piston
The V-cylinder is a cylinder with vertical and horizontal fins to improve the cooling effect at low speeds.
The longitudinal fins have the effect of cooling the heat rising from the bottom of the cylinder when the vehicle is stopped or at low speed.
It changes the appearance from the stock cylinder and enhances the custom image.
A stick temperature sensor can be connected to the side of the cylinder, and the cylinder temperature can be measured by using SP Takegawa's compact LCD thermometer (with stick temperature sensor) or various meters with thermometers separately.
The piston has a molybdenum coating on the skirt for better initial adhesion.
■Stroke-up crankshaft (2-point crankshaft)
2B crankshaft = 2-point crankshaft (106cc: 50mm stroke)
The 2B crankshaft is supported by two bearing journals in the crankcase as stock.
Special bearings with a larger inner diameter crankshaft journal bearing are used to accommodate high power engines.
As a result, the shaft diameter of the journal section, where the stress of the crankshaft is concentrated, can be increased from 20mm to 22mm, thus improving strength.
In addition, the balance cut processing is done for the low vibration measure, and it is manufactured lightly.
