Since the Grip heater was installed, it was used as it is all year round, but since the Switch is put in only in the middle of winter, I thought that I could replace it except Season to prevent deterioration of the Grip heater because I am poor.
Recently, I bought a set of used Throttle of zx-6r to divert the Throttle to OEM, and the Throttle pipe was almost the same as the one of zrx1100, so I decided to use the original one for winter as a Grip heater, and put a normal Grip on the used one. I decided to use it for other than winter.
When I was looking for something simple in design, not too thick, and reasonable in black, I came across this Grip. When the product arrived, the texture and thickness as Image, the hardness seemed to be just right. Anti-vibration was not expected from the outset, but the effect is not likely. If you want anti-vibration, such as Gel?
As for the installation of the Throttle pipe, because the thing of zx-6r is given the convex processing of the Gap prevention and there is a flange of the releasing stop near the Right end of the pipe, the part of the flange which becomes an obstacle is neatly cut and removed, and when I tried to push the Grip for the time being, it was fastened with Bond. I decided to use it as it was because it did not seem to be Gap even if it was not. The Grip heater is fixed by the method that the attached aluminum tape is pasted to the Handlebar, and it is relatively easy to take off.
I think I'll go with this for now until late December. After that, I just hope that the Left Side doesn't stick and get stuck.
