結合r級氣缸蓋
和特殊的fi-con plus(噴射控制器),以實現最佳的燃油噴射,產生的動力輸出是原廠發動機無法比擬的。
另外,安裝上為r級缸蓋開發的大節氣門體,可以充分享受r級發動機的原汁原味的性能。
r級氣缸蓋
r級氣缸蓋是在采用大直徑氣門和`最佳氣門夾角`燃燒室形狀`端口形狀的基礎上發展起來的。
進/排氣口:原缸蓋的進/排氣口直徑均為20mm,而`r級缸蓋的進/排氣口直徑擴大為24mm,排氣口直徑為20mm。同時,它還采用了三維端口形狀來容納閥門。這樣可以讓更多的進氣和廢氣在擴大的端口下順暢流動。
內/外閥門:正常的閥門直徑為20mm內/外:16mm,而`r級閥門的直徑已增加到26mm內/外:22.5mm。
通過對腰部的加工,使閥門增加的重量降到最低。(氣門桿軸直徑:4.5mm)
r級凸輪軸:專門設計制造了最適合r級氣缸蓋的凸輪軸。
氣門彈簧:采用不等節距(2級節距)的單氣門彈簧,以防止高轉速時的喘振。<活塞:鍛造鋁活塞(壓縮比12.0:1)

■R Stage Bore & Stroke Up Kit
By developing a crankshaft with an increased stroke specifically for the Monkey (FI), a large increase in displacement has been made possible.Combination with R-stage cylinder head
The engine is equipped with a special FI-CON PLUS (Fuel Injection Controller) that optimizes fuel injection and delivers high output that cannot be compared to a stock engine.
Furthermore, by installing the big throttle body developed for the R stage cylinder head, you can enjoy the original performance of the R stage engine to the maximum.
■R stage cylinder head
This is SP Takegawa's original cylinder head that was developed by constructing the optimum valve pinching angle, combustion chamber shape, and port shape in conjunction with the use of large diameter valves.
IN / EX port: The port diameter of the stock cylinder head is 20mm for both IN and EX, while the port diameter of the R stage head is 20mm for IN: 24mm / EX: The diameter has been enlarged to 20mm.In addition, the 3-dimensional port shape, combined with the enlarged valve port, allows more intake and exhaust gases to flow smoothly.
IN / EX valve: Stock valve diameter is IN: 20mm / EX: The valve diameter of the R-stage is 16mm, while that of the IN: 26mm / EX: Larger diameter of 22.5mm.
The weight increase due to the larger diameter of the valve is kept to a minimum by waist machining.(Valve stem shaft dia: 4.5mm)
Camshaft for R-stage: The camshafts are specially designed to fit the R stage cylinder head.
Valve Springs: Unequal pitch (2-step pitch) single valve springs are used to prevent surging at high RPM.
■Piston: Forged aluminum pistons are used (compression ratio 12.0: 1)
■Cylinder: All aluminum ceramic plated cylinders.It is a cylinder with excellent durability, airtightness, and heat radiation.
The cylinder is equipped with a boss for oil extraction, and SP Takegawa's oil cooler kit can be installed.If the oil cooler is not installed, use the supplied oil plug bolt.Since the M5 temperature sensor can be installed on the oil plug bolt, the cylinder temperature can be measured by using SP Takegawa's compact LCD thermometer.
■Stroked-up crankshaft (50mm stroke): The weight of the loudspeaker is reduced by cutting the balance of the loudspeaker in order to reduce vibration and improve pickup.
Special bearings are used in the journal area where the stress of the crankshaft is concentrated, and the shaft diameter has been increased from the stock 20mm to 22mm for increased strength.
■FI CON PLUS (Injection Controller) (R-stage 106cc compatible/big throttle body compatible)
This is the FI Controller PLUS with a new built-in map for the R stage 106cc.It has a 3-dimensional fuel map and can perform high-speed calculation based on signals from various sensors to optimize fuel injection according to engine conditions.In addition, not only the fuel injection circuit but also the ignition system circuit is built in, and the ignition timing is optimized according to the R stage.With these modifications, the ECU can be used up to higher rpm than the rev limit of the stock ECU.

While FI CON PLUS boasts such high performance, fuel correction from the basic map (-10% to +20% in 16 steps) and limiter speed setting (7000 rpm to 16000 rpm in 16 steps) can be easily set by simply turning the rotary switch on the FI CON PLUS main unit with a screwdriver. ■Big Throttle Body Kit
This is a big throttle body developed for SP Takegawa's R stage cylinder head.This kit is included with the R stage 106cc combo kit. The intake manifold is designed to fit the R stage cylinder head to increase the intake efficiency and the large capacity injectors increase the fuel injection volume to maximize the performance of the R stage.
