這是6v猴子的 "17r stage + d Bore Up Kit",在傳統r stage + d的基礎上改進了端口和翅片形狀,並采用了新的輪廓凸輪軸,在更高的轉速下獲得更大的動力。自動減壓凸輪軸使發動機即使在高壓縮發動機中也能輕快地啟動。
17r級+d缸蓋
基於原廠缸蓋形狀,采用大直徑氣門進氣:26mm/排氣:22.5mm。
(原廠12v猴子氣門直徑為進氣19mm,排氣16mm)
這是sp竹川的原廠缸蓋,為了適應大直徑氣門和 "最佳氣門夾角"、"燃燒室形狀 "的缸口形狀而設計的。
雖然原廠車頭的進、排氣口直徑均為14mm,但17r級的進氣口直徑已增至24.5mm,排氣口直徑增至19mm。同時,它還采用了三維端口形狀來容納閥門。結合更大直徑的端口,可以使更多的進氣和排氣順暢地流動。
氣門:(進氣:26mm/排氣:22.5mm,氣門閥桿軸直徑:4.5mm)
通過使用更細的閥桿軸和改良的腰部,將因氣門直徑增大而增加的重量控制在最低限度。
氣門彈簧:采用彈簧率不等的單氣門彈簧(2級節距),以抑制高轉速下的喘振。
自動減壓凸輪軸
自動減壓功能:即使在高壓縮車輛上,也可以用輕踢的方式啟動發動機。
凸輪軸有r-10e/r-15e/r-20e三種,可根據使用情況更換,享受駕駛性能。

■ φ52h缸(鋁套缸)
該缸在視覺上與蘿卜發動機的原廠缸設計相同(缸高不同)。
m5溫度傳感器可以連接到氣缸的側面,將m5溫度傳感器連接到`sp竹川小型液晶儀表(帶m5溫度傳感器)`或者將溫度計的傳感器部分換成m5溫度傳感器,就可以測量氣缸溫度。
■活塞
活塞上塗有鉬塗層,以獲得更好的初始附着力。
This is the "17R Stage +D Big Bore Kit" for the 6V Monkey. The port and fin shape has been improved from the previous R Stage +D and a new profile camshaft has been adopted to increase the power output in the higher RPM range.The auto decompression camshaft allows the engine to be started with a light kick even with high compression engines.
■17R Stage +D Cylinder Head
Based on the stock head shape, large diameter valve intake: 26mm / exhaust: Adopt 22.5mm.
(12V Monkey stock valve diameter is intake: 19mm / exhaust: 16mm)
This is SP Takegawa's original cylinder head which adopts the most suitable valve pinching angle, combustion chamber shape and port shape for large diameter valves.
The port diameter of the stock head is 14mm for both intake and exhaust, while the port diameter of the 17R stage is 14mm for intake and exhaust: 24.5mm / exhaust: Larger diameter of 19mm.In addition, the adoption of a 3-dimensional port shape, combined with the larger diameter of the valve and port, makes it possible for more intake and exhaust gases to flow smoothly.
Valve: (Intake 26mm / Exhaust 22.5mm Valve stem shaft diameter 4.5mm)
The weight increase due to the larger diameter of the valve is kept to a minimum by the narrower stem shaft and waist machining.
Valve Springs: The single valve spring with unequal pitch (2-stage pitch) is adopted for optimum spring rate and suppresses surging at high rpm.
■Auto decompression camshaft
Auto decompression function: The engine can be started with a light kick force even on high compression and high displacement engines.
There are 3 types of camshafts, R-10E / R-15E / R-20E, and you can change the camshafts according to your application and enjoy the riding performance.

■Φ52H Cylinder (Aluminum steel sleeve cylinder)
It is the same design as the stock cylinder of the Cub engine in appearance (the height of the cylinder is different).
The M5 temperature sensor can be connected to the side of the cylinder, and the cylinder temperature can be measured by using SP Takegawa's compact LCD meter (with M5 temperature sensor) or by changing the sensor part of the thermometer to the M5 temperature sensor.
■Piston
The piston has a molybdenum coating on the skirt for better initial adhesion.
