Sp Takekawa's Super Head for Monkey Engine (猴頭)在立式發動機上采用了與 "超級頭 "有口皆碑的滾子搖臂,在提高中高速區間輸出的同時,保持高轉速下的輸出,最大限度地發揮 "超級頭 "的輸出性能。
滾子搖臂降低了與滑塊式搖臂(工廠零件型)凸輪軸的摩擦阻力,搖臂內的滾子軸承使凸輪外形從低轉到高轉都能平穩跟隨。
通過用鋁材鍛造搖臂本體,克服了滾子軸承增加的重量。
帶油路的凸輪軸支架
凸輪軸支架的油路結構與缸蓋內的油路相通,使機油在每個細節上都能得到潤滑。
另外,它還有一個引導機油進入空心凸輪軸的通道,並有噴油嘴支持凸輪軸和凸輪鏈的潤滑。
空心凸輪軸帶噴油嘴
在凸輪軸中心設有油管,將油引導到凸輪鏈輪上。

離合器蓋/離合器
專用離合器
加強型離合器為5。剎車盤用於消除大功率發動機的離合器打滑。
濕式專用離合器為標准配置,蓋板為壓鑄鋁材質。
鋁制離合器蓋的表面是桶狀的。
壓鑄離合器蓋是一種專利的離合器蓋,可以實現溫控器的安裝。
另外,還設置有用於向油冷卻器排油的出油口。

超級街車外轉子套件
超級街車外轉子套件的開發目的是為了給不同駕駛風格和調校的用戶提供方便的騎行和高性能。
為了保留慣性,轉子體的直徑比原件減少了80%(約φ110mm→φ88mm),重量減少了50%(約1065g→536g)。
這樣便於操作,減少曲軸的負荷。
此外,通過安裝兩個點火線圈而不是一個普通線圈,加強了初級電壓。即使在高轉速下也能保持較高的點火能量。

■Super head +R
Inherited from the "Super Head (Stage 3) " which enables high output with large diameter valves and smooth intake and exhaust ports, the "Super Head (Stage 3) " is equipped with proven roller rocker arms and a new oil line structure for even higher output and durability. It is a high performance cylinder head.

Roller rocker arm adopted
The roller rocker arm of SP Takegawa's Super Head +R for Monkey engine is adopted for the vertical engine to maximize the output performance of Super Head and to maintain the output at mid to high speed range and at high rpm range which is the feature of roller rocker arm.
The roller rocker arm reduces the frictional resistance with the camshaft that occurs with the slipper type rocker arm (stock part type), and the roller bearing in the rocker arm follows the cam profile smoothly from low to high RPM.
The rocker arm body is made of forged aluminum to overcome the weight increase by using roller bearings.
Camshaft holder with oil lines
The camshaft holder has an oil line structure, which is connected to the oil line in the cylinder head and enables detailed oil lubrication.
In addition, a passage for directing oil to the hollow camshaft with oil jet is provided to support lubrication of the camshaft and cam chain.
Hollow camshaft with oil jet
An oil line is installed in the center of the camshaft to guide the oil to the cam sprocket.
This increases the durability and lubrication of the cam chain.In addition, an oil jet passage is installed in the camshaft cam surface, and oil is sprayed from the cam surface to the rocker arm to effectively cool and lubricate.
The camshaft journals are supported by ball bearings on both ends to reduce frictional resistance to the camshaft during starting and at low speeds.
Ceramic Mexi Linder
Adopts all-aluminum ceramic plated cylinder with excellent durability, airtightness and heat dissipation.

Cylinder temperature can be measured by installing SP Takegawa thermometer (with stick temperature sensor).
Piston
The piston skirt is coated with molybdenum for better initial adhesion.
M8 spark plug adopted
The larger port diameter with the use of a larger diameter valve reduces the wall pressure between the plug hole and the port.

High performance crankshaft designed for optimum crankshaft weight balance against stroke volume.The crankshaft and bearings are manufactured to a high degree of precision to achieve low vibration and greatly enhance the motion performance of the crankshaft.
The shaft of the flywheel section has a special surface treatment to improve fatigue strength and galling resistance.
■Crankcase / Transmission
Crankcase modification for complete engine 124cc/130cc
Unlike the normal crankcase, the crankcase is oil jetted by SP Takegawa.
The oil jet process injects oil directly into the piston and piston pin to improve lubrication and cooling effect.
Adoption of super oil pump
The engine is further cooled by circulating more oil through the engine, which generates more heat.

■Clutch cover/clutch
Special clutch adopted
The reinforced clutch uses 5 discs to eliminate clutch slippage that occurs in high power engines.
Wet special clutch is standard and the cover is made of die-cast aluminum.
The surface of the aluminum clutch cover is barrel-finished.
The die-cast clutch cover is a patented clutch cover that allows the installation of a thermostat.
An oil outlet is also provided for oil to be taken out to the oil cooler.

Other standard equipment parts
Super Street Outer Rotor
The outer rotor kit was developed with both ease of driving and performance improvement in mind, and can be widely used by all users with different driving styles and tuning.
In order to keep the inertia force, the rotor body has been reduced in diameter by about 80% (from about Φ110mm to about Φ88mm) and in weight by about 50% (from about 1065g to about 536g).
This makes it easy to handle and greatly reduces the load on the crankshaft.
Also, the primary voltage is enhanced by installing two ignition coils as opposed to the normal one.Maintains high ignition energy even in the high RPM range.
The number of coils for the headlight is 4 instead of the stock 6, but the brightness of the headlight can be maintained under the specified conditions from low rpm to street driving.
SP Takegawa original die-cast aluminum generator cover
Aluminum surfaces are buffed and polished, and clear coated.
