Superhead 4v+r(1凸輪4氣門)
與竹川Superhead+r的大直徑2氣門相比,由於有2個進氣門和2個排氣門各1個,進一步擴大了氣門幕面積,因此可以實現比大直徑2氣門更高的進排氣效率。這使得系統的水平得以提高。同時,在車頭形狀的設計上,對中心塞、氣門夾角、燃燒室形狀和端口形狀進行了平衡,以實現高輸出,並在高轉速范圍內實現可持續的輸出特性,這也是Superhead的最大特點。
由於采用了單凸輪軸和4氣門,因此可以實現最輕的重量和最緊湊的結構,同時也濃縮了最強大的sohc頭的性能。

Scut缸體采用噴油機構(專利申請中)
噴油缸體可用於更換曲軸箱或拆解曲軸箱改造噴油孔或更換噴油部件。它是一種不需要額外添加任何機油就能將機油注入氣缸和活塞的氣缸。<汽缸內表面的直接噴油孔,可以將機油直接噴入 "活塞裙 "活塞內壁,在發動機運轉時進行有效潤滑和冷卻。

三點式曲軸

與2b曲軸的比較

By adopting 1 cam and 4 valves, it was possible to make it as light and compact as possible, and at the same time, it condensed the performance as the strongest SOHC head.

Adoption of roller rocker arm
By adopting the roller rocker arm, the output performance of the Super Head +R is maximized and the output in the mid to high speed range is increased and the output in the high rpm range is maintained, which is the characteristic of the roller rocker arm.The roller rocker arm reduces the frictional resistance with the camshaft that occurs with the slipper type rocker arm (stock part type), and the roller bearing in the rocker arm follows the cam profile smoothly from low to high RPM.
M8 Spark Plug
The M8 spark plug was adopted in conjunction with the optimum valve pinching angle and the compactness of the head due to the 4-valve system.
■Hollow camshaft (auto decompression mechanism)

The 138cc SCUT structure has been patented.
Adopts all-aluminum ceramic plated cylinder with excellent durability, airtightness and heat dissipation.The cylinder is equipped with a temperature sensor as standard.You can measure the cylinder temperature by purchasing SP Takegawa's thermometer built-in meter or thermometer.

The oil jet cylinder is a cylinder that can inject oil into the cylinder and piston only by replacing the cylinder, without replacing the crankcase, disassembling the crankcase, processing the oil jet hole, or adding parts for oil jetting.
By installing oil injection holes directly on the inner surface of the cylinder, oil can be injected into the piston skirt and the inner wall of the piston without interruption while the engine is running, and efficient lubrication and cooling can be achieved.
The 138cc model uses a cast piston.The piston skirt is coated with molybdenum for better initial adhesion.
■Three-point crankshaft
The crankshaft body has been balance cut for low vibration and light weight.The 3B crankshaft is further supported at three points to reduce crankshaft runout and increase durability.
Comparison with 2B crank
The conventional crankshaft is supported at two points by two bearing journals in the crankcase. The three-point crankshaft is supported at three points by connecting it to the bearings in the aluminum generator cover included in the kit, in addition to the two points in the crankcase. The crankshaft is now supported at three points.The crank taper part has a special surface treatment, and the flywheel mounting screw has been increased from M10 to M12 to increase the tightening force, which drastically reduces galling on the flywheel contact surface.
