【半組合套裝特點】
全新設計的sp竹川原廠加強型曲軸箱
sp竹川原廠加強型曲軸箱經過特殊設計,增加了曲軸箱的剛性,以抵消大排量對曲軸箱造成的壓力。這是一個高質量的曲軸箱。
機油泵為曲軸直驅機油泵。
與鏈傳動加強型油泵相比,排量要大一倍左右。
呼吸管內徑為6mm,可降低大排量發動機曲軸箱的內部壓力。
曲軸箱本身裝有噴油機構,不斷地將油直接噴到連桿的小端,以潤滑和冷卻活塞的底部。
接受大扭矩的傳動軸承上裝有`特殊的軸承固定板。
加強型離合器
加強型離合器采用了5個盤片,以消除高功率發動機中出現的離合器打滑現象。
濕式專用離合器只能使用,蓋板采用鎂合金壓鑄而成。
濕式離合器所使用的離合器蓋是一種專利的離合器蓋,可以安裝溫控器。
可安裝可選的恆溫裝置以防止 "過冷"。
此外,還設置了一個供油冷卻器排油的出油口。
沖程曲軸
為適應大功率發動機的需要,采用了沖程曲軸軸頸軸承內徑較大的特殊軸承。
為了提高強度和耐久性,將應力集中在曲軸上的軸頸的軸徑做成了22mm。同時,曲軸也經過特殊的表面處理,進一步提高其耐用性。

This is a pre-assembled lower back engine kit that allows you to change from a secondary kick arm system to a primary kick arm system for the Monkey and Gorilla engines.
You can convert your current SP Takegawa cylinder heads with auto-decomp (except Desmodromic Twin Cam 4V) and 124cc kits to the primary type by assembling them to this half combo kit.
This service is available for those who have already purchased or are currently installing various types of cylinder heads and displacements on their vehicles.

The half combo kit is assembled by SP Takegawa mechanic with proper control of each parts.The primary type kick starter system with parts list allows the engine to be started by disengaging the clutch no matter what gear it is in, and is recommended for racing use where a quick engine start is required when restarting.
In addition, in the case of the primary type kick, it is transmitted to the drive gear without going through the transmission, thus reducing the load on the transmission when starting the engine.
[Half Combo Kit Features]
Newly designed SP Takegawa original reinforced crankcase
SP Takegawa's original reinforced crankcase is a high quality crankcase specially designed to increase the rigidity and detail of the crankcase.
The oil pump is a crankshaft direct drive oil pump.
Compared with the chain drive type reinforced oil pump, the discharge volume is about twice as large.
In order to reduce the internal pressure of the crank case of the large displacement engine, the inner diameter of the breather pipe is 6mm instead of the stock 4mm.
The crankcase body is equipped with an oil jet mechanism that constantly sprays oil directly onto the small end of the connecting rod and the backside of the piston for lubrication and cooling.
The transmission bearing is equipped with a special bearing hold plate for big torque.
■Reinforced clutch
The reinforced clutch uses 5 discs to eliminate clutch slippage that occurs in high power engines.
Wet special clutch only, magnesium die-cast cover.
The clutch cover used for the wet clutch is a patented clutch cover that allows for the installation of a thermostat.
Overcooling can be prevented by installing a thermostat unit (sold separately).
Furthermore, an oil outlet is provided to allow oil to be taken out to the oil cooler.
■Stroke-up crankshaft
Special bearings with a larger inner diameter for the journal bearings of the stroked crankshaft are used to accommodate high power engines.
The shaft diameter of the journal section, where the stress of the crankshaft is concentrated, is 22mm to improve strength and durability.In addition, the crankshaft has been given a special surface treatment to further increase durability.

Reinforced crankcase, cross transmission, wet special clutch, magnesium die-cast clutch cover and crankshaft for each displacement are assembled.
Also included is a 910mm clutch cable, 1000mm breather hose and 2 clips.
