■Titanium outer cylinder unit, titanium coated shaft
The ultra high precision and high rigidity stainless steel shaft is machine cut and coated with titanium (R type only, K type is chrome coated) to increase the surface hardness and improve the low friction and initial movement to the limit.
The progressive function provides excellent damping performance against strong external pressure, such as kickback of the road surface at high speed, while it is weak against low speed movement, such as intersections in city riding.

■CNC machined linkage arm

■Durable design with nitrogen gas filling
Matris steering dampers are equipped with a reservoir tank filled with high-pressure nitrogen gas.
The special structure of the cylinder body and the high pressure filled nitrogen gas increase the internal pressure inside the cylinder body, preventing air bubbles and air from getting into the oil during heavy use such as racing, demonstrating excellent durability and keeping the initial performance of the damper.
