Steering Damper EGI88-R

I installed it on a 1983 C50.Probably not compatible, but I was able to install it without any problems.The quality seems good, but the price seems a bit high.The images in the Instruction Manual are rough and somewhat confusing.I honestly couldn't tell much difference, probably because I had changed to an external front shock.It may be different with OEM.2.I have a 50 Tire, but it lightly interferes with the bolt head as it is, so I replaced it with an extra-low head cap bolt to accommodate this.

It could be installed without removing the Tank. The work took about 90 minutes including adjustment.It is hard to tell in city driving, but it can certainly be felt at high speeds.I think in my case, it's mostly about looks lol.My concern is that the stroked area will have oil residue.When I inquired about it, the reply was that if I stroked it a few times, the oil seepage would disappear. 。 We are just taking a look at the situation.

I wanted to improve the ride quality of NORMAL and bought this product thinking that adding Damper would improve it.I could see the effect of Damper as soon as I rode on it after installation.The most effective is when there is a Large input, and Damper absorbs the bumps that would otherwise cause the Normal to wobble, making the ride much more stable.However, it didn't work out as I had originally intended. I have a weak stomach, but after riding long distances, I started to get a stomach ache.After removing it again, I found that it can be driven normally up to 70 km/h with a good feeling of control even in NORMAL. And the ride is comfortable.Beyond that, it is more stable to run with Damper.
