This oil seal called as Output shaft Oil Seal located on the left side cover of the engine.I have been riding my 1987 TW200 for about 8years now. It's been long time,After removing my left side cover many times, I personally have never had to change this oil seal out, but I do inspect them.Eventually any seal will fail, up to me if I want to do it before it actually does..when I removed my left side cover off I have notice that oil seal was worn out.So I ordered couple of oil seals from Webike Shop Japan. This oil seal isn't very expensive ,very easy to removed by using flat blade screw driver.Tw200 left engine side cover has oil within . Oil actually goes through the sprocket shaft (countershaft), then lubricates the outer shaft support bearing, then flows back around stator coil, and back to the main crankcase. When installing the new seal it is a good practice to use some fine emery cloth on each shaft where the seal makes contact just so you are sure it is smooth.Removing this seal is accomplished with a small seal pick or flat blade screwdriver. Seal get installed into completely cleaned pockets and lightly tapped in to place with a small hammer, preferably plastic or some find a socket that is close in size to the seal itself. Very simple procedure and great insurance for trouble free riding for a long time. There will some resistance to removing the side cover due to the magnets in the flywheel. Also, be sure to note the routing of the stator wires where they exit the engine. It is very easy to pinch these wires when replacing the side cover if you are not careful. There is nothing really scary under the left side cover. You don't even need to drain the oil if you don't want to.Special Thanks goes to the WEBIKE shop because they have OEM,aftermarket parts for resonable prices & will receive packages within a week after they dispatch from japan.Thank You So Much!!!View Detail
This oil seal located back of the front sprocket of tw200. to reach to the old seal first I have to remove the left engine side cover and the front sprocket.here comes the fun part, the old oil seal won't come easily. Looking at the seals, if they won't pry out, a couple of thin sheet metal screws gently screwed in between the shaft and rubber so the tip is under the sheet metal part of the seal and then pry sideways.will probably tear or rip freeing pieces of rubber and a spring but that is OK. It totally destroys the old seal.before I put a new seal in , installed an appropriately size O-RING on to the groove on the left end of the countershaft or wrap it in electrical tape to protect the countershaft seal.A little smear of grease outside and in helps make it go easier.Start it evenly or as square as possible. You can use a piece of plastic pipe a socket or similar to tap it in until it bottoms out.ALWAYS STICK WITH THE YAMAHA FACTORY PARTS when you replaced oil seals .because I had a bad experience with the aftermarket oil seals. So had to do the same job twice, Lesson Learned ! By using Yamaha original spare parts, you can save time, effort and money. extra benifit is , will received the package very quickly once placed a order at WEBIKE SHOP. Webike shop provide a good service overall.I would say best online shop ever ,you can get parts for reasonable prices .Quality of the products are so awesome .Highly Recommended to anybodyView Detail

After removing the side cover from previous maintenance there was a small dink on the pin so instead of trying to bend it back I decided whilst ordering other parts to just buy a new one. Finding was easy using Yamaha schematics links. The ocst was super cheap and just what I needed.I buy many parts per order and this was also one of many. Because of this, the shipping is very good. Obviously, the weight of small parts like this is low and this is reflected in the shipping cost.I used EMS this time as their price was slightly better than Fedex. All arrived at my address within a week of ordering. The outer box was sealed and nothing could escape, nice touch Webike, I like that. The contents were all packed really well and with the additional bubble wrap filling all the empty space, nothing was damaged in trasit. The dowel (pin), was very well made adn machined. No sharp edges like some aftermarket parts I have had before. Drifted the dowel in was easy but just take your time not to put in too dar. Very happy customer, thank you Webike, great work.View Detail
Part 2 of the seal change for the forks. I decided this time to go for genuine Yamaha OEM ones. Definitely needed changing along with th main fork seals Very easy to find the correct one using the tools Webike provide with links to manufacturer schematics etc. The cost of the parts was really very good and the shipping, EMS was really good as I also had other parts in the same order. Arrived at my door in less than a week from the day of ordering. Japan to UK, how good is that. The seals themselves are just seals but it's only until you install them and give them some time that you realise the genuine ones will ALWAYS outlast the cheaper alternatives. Never again will I buy cheap no brand parts. It's just not worth it in the end. One very happy bike and now, one very happy customer. Thanks Webike, keep up the great work and serviceView Detail
I have had to change out a lot of seals recently for one reason or another and this was also a set of them. I decided this time to go for genuine Yamaha OEM ones. Small leaks end up being big problems so definitely needed changing. Really easy to find the correct one. Price was very good and the shipping, EMS was really good as I also had other parts in the same order. Delivered to my door in less than a week from the day of ordering. Japan to UK, how good is that. Excuse the dirty packaging, The seals are perfect and yes, they are just seals but you want them to look like they shpul;d and therefore, work as they should. I have purchase daftermarket seals before for other bikes and trust me, some of those look like they have been cut out using blunt scissors. Never again will I buy cheap no brand parts. It's just not worth it in the end. ALL I can say for this order and the parts included is brilliant, very very pleased. Thanks Webike, keep up the great work and serviceView Detail
I needed a few parts to get the servicing underway for my MT09. Not had a lot of love from me for a while. The gasket was easy to find the correct part using Yamaha schematics. The cost was really good from Webike as always. I purchased other items for the servicing and this spread out the shipping costs and made them better than I thought.Everything was very well packed and arrived via EMS within a week of ordering. The gasket is perfect, no sharp edges and fitted easily. Very happy customer, keep up the great work Webike View Detail
SOme servicing needed and along with other parts were these plugs.I generally go for the OEM plugs for the Yamaha bikes as I know what I'm getting then. These were easy to find using the tools provided by Webike and all the links to the manufactyrers websites. The cost was very good and purchased a set of 3 for my MT09.The shipping was really good as I had a few other parts for the serviceing in my order. I used EMS this time and everything arrived within a week. All packaged very well and no damage to anything in the order. The plugs themselves are perfect. Once fitted, the bike just feels smoother. Take your time and don't over tighten.Happy customer. Thanks WebikeView Detail
