Larger Pitch Front Sprocket was needed for the 181cc BBK on the Monkey
About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the front sprocket from Kitaco. The 16 tooth 428 pitch front sprocket is manufactured from high carbon steel with lightning holes. About the feeling of use: The main reason I removed the OEM Honda front sprocket was to increase the size of the front sprocket to help lower the RPM of the 181cc BBK when crusing at high speed and allow for the fitment of a thicker stronger chain. Products to buy together: A larger sprocket guard plate would also be desirable to purchase alongside the front sprocket for additional clearance when using a larger front sprocket. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 15 minutes. Remove the sprocket cover and back off the chain tension. Remove the two bolts that hold the locking plate and then remove the sprocket. Install the new sprocket, secure the locking plate and make a chain adjustment. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting a front sprocket made from a durable material and designed with the best performance in mind at a great price as compared to the basic styled front sprockets from the other bands and non as cheap in the 16 tooth size. About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght is my preferred method of shipping due to the lower cost and it is fantastic that it has returned as an option once again so I can put my money toward parts and not high shipping costs. If you upgrade to the 428 chain please use this front sprocket as the JT front sprocket misaligned the chain owing to it having no recess like the Kitaco , bonus is its a lot lighter View Detail

About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the engine reinforced plate from G-Craft. Made from aluminium and machined to allow for high strength and light weight. About the feeling of use: The engine reinforced plate allows for an addition connection between the engine and the frame which leads to a noticable reduced movement and vibration. Products to buy together: A set of steering stem stabilizers from Outex would also be desirable to purchase alongside the engine reinforced plate to also add some reinforcement to the steering. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 20 minutes, position the engine reinforcment plate and install the 4 bolts into the engine followed by the 6 bolts that clamp the plate around the frame. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: High costing but you are getting a beauitfully designed product made from quality aluminium stock. With there being no other branded product like this there are non to compare. Material used for the piston is aluminium and forging is used for the manufacturing process. About the feeling of use: This piston kit allows for a small power increase without compromising the reliablity of the engine and needs much less supporting products when compared to installing a big bore kit. Products to buy together: A fuel injection controller FI-CON 2 would also be desirable to purchase alongside the high compression kit to control the changes in fuelling required for successful running of the engine. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about 2 hours. After disassembling the top end, clean the base gasket off and hone the cylinder before installing the new piston. A little difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: High cost but you are getting a piston manufactured to a high standard and from a quality material just like the Kitaco Neo 164cc and 181cc pistons and at similar pricing. About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the super oil pump from SP Takegawa, the housing is cast from aluminium, the larger oil pump rotor is steel, thicker steel backing plate and the kit is completed with the plastic drive gear. About the feeling of use: A necessary part to upgrade if you are adding an oil cooler to keep your higher performance engine in check. I much prefer this complete bolt in oil pump upgrade compared to incomplete oil pump the other brands are offering. Products to buy together: A replacement right crankcase gasket would also be desirable to purchase along side the super oil pump for assembly of the clutch cover. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about an hour, removal of the clutch cover for access is needed and then remove the two bolts holding the Honda oil pump in place. Install the longer dowel pins that are included for the installation of the SP Takegawa oil pump. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting the strongest constructed oil pump that also does not require re-using any of the Hodna oil pump parts but does come in at a price slightly higher then what the other brands are offering. About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght is my preferred method of shipping due to the lower cost and it is fantastic that it has returned as an option once again so I can put my money toward parts and not high shipping costs. About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the oil drain pan from Signet. The product is made from plastic via injection molding resulting in a light weight yet strong oil drain pan. About the feeling of use: The design of the oil drain pan allows for clean and tidy oil changes. With a large diameter opening this allows for the old draining oil to be captured without creating a mess and with the spout this allows for the old oil to be transferred easily to a bottle for disposal. Products to buy together: Some more tools for servicing my motorcycles would also be desirable to purchase along side the oil drain pan. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes just a minute to position the oil drain pan and with the large diameter opening accuracy is not important. Cleaning up is very simple with the well designed spout to pour out the old oil and then just a rag is needed to give the plastic surface a wipe down before storing the oil drain pan away until next time. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting a quality product with all the features that make it the oil drain pan to go with. This is the 8 liter capacity pan and there are much larger capacity pan available if needed but all price very similar. About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the rear shock absorber from YSS, the construction of this product compared to the Honda one is a huge improvement. All the metal surface and paint finishes are perfect. About the feeling of use: The feel from the rear end is much more controlled now with a suitably rated spring, unlike the Honda one designed for a 60kg rider the YSS shock can handle my 80kg with ease. Products to buy together: Some higher rated front fork springs would also be desirable to purchase along side the rear shock absorber and Kitaco have 5.5N, 6.0N, 6.5N and 7.0N options compared to the Honda 3.8N as standard. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about an hour, only 2 bolts holding it in place, I removed the rear hugger, seat and rear plastics then supported the rear of the motorcyce with an A frame and strap. A little difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: Good costing as you are getting a quality built rear shock absorber with all the adjustments available, pretty much all most people need as compared to the much more expensive Ohlins option that a lot of people go for which is over kill but does look more impressive. About shipping and packaging: Sea frieght is my preferred method of shipping due to the lower cost but not available for this product due to the gas and oil in the product I am assuming.
