Genuine Suzuki Signal Generator Gasket for Bandit GSF1200S 2000

Not that many of these bikes around here these days, so it was a nice surprise to see one again. This had a leak from the clutch cover and was in need of a new gasket to fix. This bike definitely needed a new gasket as the previous owner just did not keep up with maintenance at all. This bike has done a lot of miles in it's life with it being a 125cc anyway. Not a big deal, I found the correct part number from Suzuki schematics etc. Webike price was really competitive too. A few other parts with this were ordered together by EMS and delivered in 5 days. All my order was delivered with no issues, all the gaskets were kept flat so not to damage. This gasket is not a big one but it does have some intricate details that need to be correct to fit the left side cover. You can see it has been manufactured the right way and not cut any corners on it. It is sturdy and has a slight flexibility. All the holes aligned with the fitment and went on pretty easily too. Fitted quickly but precisely in just under an hour with everything else put back together. Along with the other parts needed to replace the complete cylinder, con rod, rings etc. The piston was also in need of a replacement. No point in replacing all the other parts and keeping the old piston even though it was not too bad a condition. This was a total upgrade for the NMAX125 to the bigger NMAX155 top end. Finding the right one for this model of bike was straight forward as I use the help tools Webike provide. Also, I cross referenced the parts through Yamaha schematics. The price was brilliant and so much better than I could source locally. EMS shipped my order and all the parts arrived in 7 days. Everything was very well packaged and there was no chance of any damage. Webike warehouse used a lot of bubble wrap. Great work guys. The piston itself came in the Yamaha box and is of really great quality and I have never had any issues with fitment or the tolerances of any pistons from genuine sources. This bike came in for a bit of a refresh due to being on a long trips for a while and has seen better days. There were various parts that I wanted to refresh during this and this head cover gasket 1 was one of them. The gasket was easy to find using the tools Webike provide on their help pages. I also cross reference with Yamaha schematics to make sure. I had some other parts for this bike in my order and getting them all shipped together made sense and saved me a little on the shipping too. EMS is my chosen courier and the order arrived very well packaged in 7 days from being shipped. The gasket came in the standard Yamaha packet and was in perfect condition upon arrival. This is a card based gasket but that does not mean it is not a capable gasket. With all Yamaha gaskets like this, I have never had any issues. Fantastic quality and well worth the effort in changing. These were another part that was for a smaller bike I got in from a customer. This time it is the front brake pads for the MT03 2021 as the old ones were well beyond their usage. I did not change the front pads on the last service as they were perfectly good and had a lot of use still in them. Usually on this bike, the front need changing twice as often as the rear anyway. Finding the right ones was easy but checking on Yamaha schematics and then searching for this part number on Webike MT03 model. Luckily, they had a set in their warehouse and so added to my order. EMS shipped my order and all arrived in perfect condition in 7 days from being shipped. Everything was well padded out in the box so there was no damage. These pads are Yamaha pads and do last quite a while, probably longer than these should have as the customer clearly prefers the front brake to the rear. The pad material is even and looks pretty tasty for a small bike. Perhaps not sintered but they do have some heavy compound in them. This chain guard was needed due to the old one splitting after a snapped chain. Although you could probably run without one, it is best as this also protects the swing arm with it being a young bike. Finding the correct Yamaha part was pretty easy as I used the Yamaha schematics and found the right one for this model and year. Webike price was exceptionally lower than I could possibly source locally. This made me very happy. I did have a few other parts in this order as got them all shipped together. I do use EMS these days as they just get the orders to me fat and efficiently. Only 5 days from being shipped to delivery is awesome. The chain guard was wrapped very well in a nice bubble wrap package and inside the standard Yamaha packet. The chain guard itself is very well made. It is a moulded product and the rubber is super tough. Fitting was a little tricky as I needed to remove the rear wheel for better access. Once fitted the chain guard did fit perfectly and this is now protecting the swing arm from any further scratches from the chain. Thank you for your hard work Webike, very happy customer. After a small lowside, the gear change pedal took a bit of a hit and was not right and could not be fixed. Just have to buy a new one. I found the right panel part number by checking Kawasaki schematics and then cross referencing on Webike website to see if they could get them quickly. To my surprise, Webike could get this shipped out within a few days. The price I saw on Webike was really great value for money and so much cheaper than if I sourced locally from the Kawasaki dealer. This gear change pedal is not particularly heavy, it is a weird shape and needs a larger sized box to accommodate. I already anticipated this and it reflected on the cost of shipping. Weighing up the cost of the part plus the shipping, it still came out a lot cheaper than the local Kawasaki dealer could beat. All my order arrived in one piece with no damage to any parts. This was mainly due to how Webike pack the orders. Lots and lots of padding. Brilliant. The gear change pedal arrived in a large bubble wrap Kawasaki packet and there was no damage at all. The finish was a nice textured sating silver. Top quality part direct from Kawasaki. Perfect. It did not take a lot of time to fit all the parts back together and then bolt this back onto the bike itself. Really pleased with how this rebuild went.
