KITACO Stronger spring set for the clutch of the Honda MSX 125 Grom (or the Honda Monkey). These are much stronger than the original OEM ones and essencial when you start tunning the engine. It's possible to use only three together with the normal ones for a lighter clutch action as well.

About quality and texture: I am happy with the quality of the Kitaco reinforced clutch spring set that contains 6 x 60% stiffer steel springs with a protective coating. You can see the difference in my attached photo of the Kitaco spring on the left and the Honda spring on the right. About the feeling of use: Much better clutch feel and bite off the line with this increase in stiffness, I can now control the clutch engagement way better from a stand still in first gear then I could with the Honda clutch springs fitted. Products to buy together: A reinforced clutch lifter is definitely needed to be purchased along side the Kitaco reinforced clutch spring set or the cast Honda clutch lifter will break. Difficulty of installation: The process to install takes about one hour, the right crankcase cover needs to be removed to access the clutch assembly and the clutch springs can be replaced insitu after removing the clutch lifter. Not difficult to do. Cost performance and comparison with other products: The costing of the Kitaco reinforced clutch spring set is by far the best value 60% spring set out there on the marketover, for comparison the SMR 30% clutch spring set is three times the price. About shipping and packaging: The faster shipping options are too expensive for myself so I just have to wait for my part to arrive via sea freight. Webike kept me updated on the status of my order up to when it shipped. The parcel arrived within the expected date range and was well packaged with no chance of the part being damaged. Any concerns, cautions, or advice when purchasing: There are clutch spring kits available with lighter springs at 10% and 30% stiffer but I would advise purchasing the 60% stiffer springs and if you need them lighter then simply add a few of the Honda clutch springs inlieu of the Kitaco springs.View Detail

Purchased this after reading the other reviews online and glad i did. I put it on my 2021 5 speed Honda Z125 Monkey, I just felt the original needed to be upgraded and i wasn't disspaointed. The DAYTONA reinforced rear shock is a great improvement compared to the original shock of the Honda MSX 125 Grom.The OEM shock is a very basic, very soft and also a bit cheap looking unit with no regulations at all-This shock is stiffer and has a very usefull ride height adjustment, it also looks a lot better than the original one!The only downside is that it is a lot heavier compared to the stock one, but overall a good product nonetheless.View Detail
The KITACO 181cc is the biggest and best big bore kit for the Honda MSX 125 Grom (or Monkey), and is also the best way to improve the power and torque of this little engine. Don't forget to add a bigger injector as this is crucial for running right along with a better exhaust as well, add an air filter and Iridium spark plug and you will have a very strong engine in the end! KITACO sport camshaft to get more power for the Honda MSX 125 GROM (or Monkey) engine. This is the "TYPE 1" that gives more power and torque on the mid rpm range and is more suitable for an all-round package, still stronger than the stock cam on hi rpm's but if you just want more power on the top rpm's, you should go for the KITACO "TYPE 2" instead.
