About quality and texture - The uni filter kit from Kitaco is made from a wet multi stage foam filter with a silicone elbow and metal inlet air temperature bracket, the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect.About the feeling of use - Very compact in it's design which frees up space for an oil cooler, however the positioning of this open air filter is less than perfect as it sits exposed to the environment but with this sacrifice also comes performance gains. Products to buy together - Another product to purchase when looking to further increase the performance on the Grom would be a lightweight flywheel, which allows for an increased throttle response.Difficulty of installation - The installation of the uni filter kit is a simple task that took 0.7 of an hour complete. Some mechanical aptitude and the use of basic hand tools is what is required to gain aceess, remove atleast the original inlet tube and secure the air filter kit to the throttle body.Cost performance and comparison with other products - I find the cost of all the products Kitaco sell to be on great value when compared to what most other companies sell their products and the uni filter kit is no differntAbout shipping and packaging - With there being no cost difference between sea freight and EMS for the uni filter kit, I chose EMS for an earlier arrive date. About quality and texture, I can confirm that the quality is great and that the materials used are a reinforced silcone hose, aluminum coupler and brackets, stainless steel hose clamps and a honeycomb-shaped polyurethane foam filter. About the feeling of use, The filter kit is tiny compared to the original air filter setup and overall looks better with an incredible intake sound that is generated from the little motor. Products to buy together, While looks and sound are improved over the original setup the ability to use the bike in all types of weather is not. Either adding a water proof covering or changing the filter for one that is water proof would be ideal to also add to your cart. Difficulty of installation, I can say the fitment of the filter kit for my installation was of average difficultly due to the access required to remove the original air filter setup and also position and secure the silicone hose to the throttle body. Cost performance and comparison with other products, The pricing of this product is great and similar to what Takegawa offer. You receive a high quality filter that can be cleaned and re-oiled for use over many years. Includes a mounting bracket for the IAT sensor but no filter or attachment for the crank case breather hose.* About the feeling of use, Not the most impressive looking open air intake kit available for the JB03 model Monkey 125 but the compact design, included foam filter and pricing are perfect.* Products to buy together, An air filter for the crank case breather hose is needed to complete the installation of this kit correctly or this hose will remain unfiltered.* Difficulty of installation, To install the Uni filter kit you will need to remove the OEM airbox which has many fasteners to locate and remove but once that is complete you just need to slip on the inlet pipe and Uni filter, then install the mounting bracket for the IAT sensor followed by the sensor itself and connect the extension harness. The process was completed in 40 minutes with no difficultly.* Cost performance and comparison with other products, The Kitaco Uni filter kit has to be the best value for money open air intake kit for the JB03 model Monkey 125. This was a customers bike that came in for a service and the owner wanted to add this power filter kit to it. Along with a new oil filter and oil change. Not really much goes wrong with these bikes, they really are built to last. Never fitted one of these to a Zoomer before so I had to find the right kit for this specific model. Finding the right part for this bike was straight forward and I used the help tools Webike provide and cross referenced with Kitaco parts catalogue to make sure it was the right one. The price for the power filter kit was excellent and better than I was expecting for this upgrade. I had a few other parts for other bikes in my order and got them all shipped using my favourite courier, EMS. The price for the shipping is really good and my order arrived in 7 days. The power filter kit arrived and was nicely packaged in the Kitaco packaging. This kit really does look the part but until fitting you never really know. Anyway, the quality from Kitaco is really spot on, very good indeed. The kit comprises of a nicely made foam filter assembly inner which is a denser composite foam and an outer less dense foam filter with Kitaco logo painted on it for a nice touch. There are also the entire brackets and fitment parts needed. These are all great quality and fit just as they should. The clamp is really smooth and no issues when tightening it up. I have not had too much experience with Kitaco as a brand, but what I have had, has been fantastic quality throughout. I know this will help the bike's performance a great deal as it was running pretty poor for my liking anyway. Fitted easily and pretty quickly. Very happy customer. Thanks Webike. This customer who owns the Monkey 125 wanted to add a different filter kit to their bike and had seen good reviews for the Kitaco one available for their bike. The correct filter kit was not too difficult to track down but be careful you know the right one. Having got the right one for this model I placed the order. The price was a lot better than I imagined it to be when you compare to other big branded or OEM filter kits. With some other parts I needed I got them all shipped at the same time and then they would all arrive when I needed them. EMS is my favourite courier and they got my order to me in 5 days from being shipped. You cannot really beat that from Japan to the UK. The filter kit was well packaged and although it did come on a cardboard backed packet, Webike added a lot of packaging to make it safe during transit. The filter kit itself is a very comprehensive kit with literally everything you need to fit. It even comes complete with the intake air temperature sensor extension harness so you can fit it straight out of the box. There really is nothing hard about fitting this kit and the instructions if you do need them are comprehensive. The parts are very well made and even the foam cover is nicely manufactured. The 2 hose clamps are well finished and the quality is excellent. I honestly could not be happier with this kit for the Monkey 125. About quality and texture - The headlight brackets from SP Takegawa is made from billet aluminum with detailed machining and a silver anodized surface finish, the quality from the overall fit and finish is perfect.About the feeling of use - I was unimpressed with the finish of the original headlight brackets with their plain painted finish. The transformation with the simple addition of these headlight brackets is amazing and I am more then satisfied with their slim design .Products to buy together - SP Takegawa have many products to purchase to continue adding a more attractive appearance to the Monkey 125 but the first on my list to go with the headlight brackets is the frame plugs as this is a small parts with a big impact.Difficulty of installation - The installation of the headlight bracket is a simple task that took 1.0 hour to complete.
