Nord-lock 止滑墊片

I had a problem with the Bolt loosening due to vibration, but I just put this Washer between it and tighten it, and it doesn't loosen easily anymore.

The part I used was the Tanax Shark mirror.
This is the moving part that connects the Handlebar to the axis of the Mirror.
The MirrorBody is a little heavy and the vertical vibration of the motorcycle makes it easy to loosen, but with a Washer in between, it's hard to loosen naturally!

There are various sizes, so I recommend that you buy after measuring the size you need well.

【What made you decide the purchase?】
I bought it to fit the ACERBIS Dual roadHand guard which fixes only on the Bar End side via the Adapter attached to Posh made Bar End to the OEMHandlebar of MT - 09.
If you use Handlebar outside the company you can use the Adapter included with the hand guard, you do not need to purchase it because it can be mounted as it is, but the OEMHandlebar of MT - 09 has the Screw for mounting the OEMBar End on the inside So, to install the Hand guard there is only a hand to install it via the Adapter included with Posh made by Bar End.
However, fitting to the Adapter as it is to fix it, I was worried about the lack of looseness and fixing power, so I went to Nord-lock washer as a result of various investigations.

【How was it actually used?】
I think that it will be understood if you can see the picture, since it is a type of Hand guard fixed only on the Bar End side, if it is an odd fix it will easily loosen with the principle of Lever.
I do not know well about the principle of Nord-lock washer because I did not major in engineering.. However, after wearing the Hand guard using this Washer, we are running thousands of kilometers, but there is no indication that the fixation will loose in all directions.
Even if you push down on your hand by hand, the fixed part at Bolt is firmly fixed only by the hand guard body being broken.

【Mounting was difficult?】
This Washer is Quantity : Set of 2pcs. It is GizaGiza facing each other and wearing it.
Other than that, there is nothing wrong with ordinary Washer.

In my case, as I wrote earlier, I use it in a fairly Regular way, but the effect as a loosening prevention is preeminent.
In my case I used the M8Size thing with the outside hand guard, but since various Size seems to come out from M6 to M12 I think whether it can be used for various parts that I do not want loose.
